Called me for an interview, took an easy financial skills test, interviewed with the hiring manager, got the job by the end of the week. Just had to get a drug test before officially accepting the job.

The interview was not very difficult, it was more just a conversation with the manager so that he could get to know me. The financial skills test was a bit frustrating, but it was supposed to be challenging.

First was a quick 30-minute interview with HR where I was asked about myself and also able to ask about the company, then I received a Zoom interview with the team for about 45min. More in-depth questions.

Interview process was pretty painless - started with phone interview which we're basic questions about what I was looking for and my schedule. In person I was interviewed by 6 various managers, while it was a bit overwhelming at first, the questions started to become a bit repetitive. Overall just basic behavioral questions and questions regarding how much you know about insurance and the company as a whole - do your research!
