Met with a group of managers and the VP at the office. I then went into a meeting room and spent a half a day talking with different people working at the company. Overall very welcoming!

It was a very informal process. There were two hiring managers within the division who asked me about 5 behavioral based questions. They called me back about a week later offering me the position. I was a freshman in college at the time.
