Submitted an application & scheduled a 30-minute telephone interview soon after. Interview was pretty straightforward, but some of the features of their development programme didn't sit right with me:
- You are expected to repay the fees for any training and qualifications they make you undertake if you leave before the three-year programme. They suggest that this is a "fair" compromise. It isn't. It's incredibly exploitative;
- You don't really have any say with regard to the sort of client you join (I now understand why some other reviewers have described them as a glorified recruitment firm);
- Salary was below market rate; and
- Benefits were the statutory minimum in almost every case - you get the impression that they wouldn't even offer you a pension if they could get away with it.

Question 1
Why did you apply to join the development programme?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grayce (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Intially a phone interview to get to know you a bit better. Then a second interview to understand your suitability for the role and previous experience. The last interview was with one of the C-suite members who asked competency and situational based questions.

A moment I was proud of and achieved the desirable result
Easy process overall with HR screening first and then presentation and other interview questions. Two more interviews followed after this and then HR presented with final decision. Final interview is with the potential client who you will be working for/at
i had to create a 15 minute powerpoint on a specific topic and interview about self and past work experiences on the resume presented and technical questions asking about personal experiences
