This was a virtual interview, but without cameras so it was essentially a "phone interview" with a panel of 4 people. I was asked a series of questions about my experiences and what I could bring to the table, and I followed with questions of my own.

Hands-down the most accessible interview process I've experienced in academia. The search committee communicated very clearly what the process for each stage would be in advance, and questions were provided ahead of time so that candidates could prepare.
