Entretien
We had to do a group interview for two hours over zoom. It wasn't that bad but also felt very unnecessary. They assessed our teamwork skills but gave us two powerpoints worth of information to work with.
Very similar to any other interview. It seemed a bit less formal, and the interviewer was not very engaged. It was over Zoom due to Covid-19. They asked many big-picture and theoretical questions which could be hard to answer.

Entretien
After a relatively standard interview by one of the current fellows (felt more like a networking interview), they had a group case interview meant to simulate the kind of project we would be working on. Overall, I thought the exercises were well run and fairly enjoyable as far as interviews go.
