Behavior based interview questions. (tell me about a time when.....) The process to get hired at GFS is painfully slow....in fact....this company does everything slowly. The company does video or recorded interviews for some of the positions now though. I've heard of colleagues of mine interviewing for an internal posting logging on to software that video records them answering questions that appear on a screen. So in some cases, there is a face to face interview and in some cases the video recording is submitted. If the position requires presentation in any way, the candidate will present to a panel at the last interview. Most positions require 3 interviews- one phone screen or recruiter interview, one with a member of the team and then one with the manager and panel.
