Was so incredibly disappointed in the interview experience at this company. Went through SEVERAL rounds of interviews, was told I would hear back by a certain date, didn’t hear back by that date, and then when I finally did, it was a generic automated rejection email. The interviewers themselves were also some of the strangest people I’ve ever interviewed with. The questions they asked were not relevant to the role at all, and seemed they were asked just to try and get you to mess up. Also was not super impressed with the recruiter. She didn’t do a great job at keeping in contact or keeping me updated on next steps. I’ve accepted another role since this interview, and comparing this process to the one I went through at my new company is like night and day.

They asked me to describe what a company I worked at 3 years ago does. After answering, they asked me about 3 follow up questions. About a company I worked at 3 years ago and their product. Even though I worked in HR.
Recruiter screen video chat (30 mins), Hiring Manager (30 mins), Director of people (30 mins), Business Leader (30 mins). Lack of consistency with interview style. First 2 interviewers were very engaged but the last 2 were not positive about the culture or business. The recruiter did provide feedback as to why I wasn't selected at the end of the process which was appreciated.

Pretty terrible interview process. Went through 6+ interviews with the recruiter and management - all of them were via phone and video. At the end of the process, they told me they weren't hiring the position. The candidate experience was unprofessional and very unorganized. A candidate shouldnt have to speak with 6 different people over multiple months for a job to decide if they are qualified. Not a great way to hiring people.
