She mentioned she would take notes the entire time, later I learned that they try to capture the interview verbatim so they have more data to look back on. Situational questions about common business problems (e.g. how would you go about designing a global program, steps to change management) Behavioral questions, pretty standard (e.g. describe a time when you had to manage multiple stakeholders who had opposing priorities)
