J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google
Entretien
Standard phone screen, phone with someone on team, onsite with sales leader, another onsite with a PM and VP and a mock preso to a panel. Next, another phone interview with someone outside of the team/department.
Between these interviews, multiple calls with my recruiter to prep and build a presentation. Exchanged emails with hiring manager about how well I was doing in my interview feedback, etc.
By now we're at week 5 of this process and informed not moving forward, welcome to apply again in six months, but zero feedback as to what I was lacking.
Seems to be a lack of consideration for the time of the people doing these interviews and the people interviewing. Never seen a process like this for a sales role in tech.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Dublin, Dublin)
Entretien
The process for an Account Executive role at Google Dublin typically consists of four stages, including an information session, initial screening, and multiple interviews with different team members. The timeline is not extremely fast — there are waiting periods between stages, especially after the final round. Candidates report the full process taking anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Great support during the process.

What is your greatest accomplishment in your career
They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The initial interview went well however, they did not get back to me afterward. I sent many emails, but they did not reply to any of them. It was extremely unprofessional.
Not very personable. When I asked about salary expectations they lowballed and said there's no room for negotiation and that only managers make the salary I asked for (I was making it already as a non-manager)
