Hiring manager couldn’t answer who their ideal customer profile was as they scale into enterprise, and they mainly focused on culture related questions. In my THIRD round, my interviewer was clearly disengaged and working while asking me questions like “what do you want to get out of this today”. The ultimate feedback was that I didn’t seem “excited” and didn’t like my “hopping around”. If you didn’t feel I was a strong candidate due to my resume don’t take three rounds to figure that out and come prepared with questions that will address your concerns.
