Very unprofessional. The HR department doesn't seem to care about recruiting talented employees. I had a phone interview and the hiring manger was completely unprepared. Then I had a face to face interview and the hiring manager seemed to have this elitist attitude. Not a good first impression and definitely not a person I would want to work for.
