-I have applied online and after 2 hrs the recruiter reached out to me via email with interview details and design challenges!
-After submitting the challenges (two pretty simple ones) I had another interview with the hiring manager.
-Then I was invited for an onsite interview where I got the chance to talk to ~7 people from their team for about ~3.5 hrs. Interestingly they did not have any whiteboard challenges or portfolio review presentations (I don't know why?! I think they should). Most of the team are coming from a graphic design background and are super friendly, nice and passionate about what they do and the product itself! I really enjoyed talking to them and I learned a lot from them and their products which is very cool.
-Their feedback was positive and they said they liked me but they are still interviewing other people.
-I received another call from the recruiter a week later saying that they haven't decided yet. And a few days after the last call, I was rejected through email.
In general, I had a positive experience with them and I believe it's a great place to work and learn as a designer!
