The whole process lasted two months and I had 7 different interviews with stakeholders and a technical task. The first interview was about cultural fit with a recruiter, then I had interviews with a Product Manager, an Engineering Manager, people from the Product Design team, and I had lunch with two people from the team. It was a slow process but the recruitment team and all the people that interviewed me where very nice through the whole process.

Two video-call interviews, first with a Tech Recruiter and then with the Design Lead. Both lasted about 30-40 minutes. Both were late, and a bit disorganised. One of them took the first 5 minutes of the interview to check my portfolio. The first interview was amiable enough, but in the second one it became apparent that they were looking for the all-encompassing UX Designer, who not only thinks the wireframes, but also designs them, animates them and does his/her own research and user tests. They're a small team, so it's understandable, but an outdated approach, in my opinion.
