Recruiting team is friendly and clear about the whole process which I appreciated. The rigor of the interviews are fair and give the sense that they do care about assessing candidates in a relevant fashion. Recruiter Screen => Technical Screen => System Design => EM Behavioral My only point of feedback was that while technical interviews were communicated to be a conversational back and forth process, I did find that my technical rounds had less "collaboration" from interviewers and the responsibility lied on me to "drive" and only receive minimal realtime feedback, mostly directional assurance or nudging.
