They add you to a zoom meeting to start and if they think you're a good fit they conduct a final interview. They give you an overview of what you'll be doing and then go over pay structure and cost of getting your insurance license.

Very robust and vast. They were polite and attentive. I enjoyed listening to the introduction and getting to know the product suite. Very enlightening and best of all its geared towards betterment of people's lives.

Entretien
You get contacted for an initial phone screening. Then you get sent a Zoom invite for a group informational session where they play a video further explaining how the agency operates. After a few words from the CEO and key manager, you get put into breakout rooms for a final, personal interview. Overall, I'd rate it as a low difficulty interview.

Several people were on the so-called “interview,” but it quickly became clear it was more like a recruiting pitch for an MLM-style agency. I wasn’t genuinely interested in their offer or approach, so rather than waste more time listening to their sales tactics, I decided to disconnect from the call.
