I was interviewed via phone call with an HR representative and one senior staff member/manager. I am a fresh graduate with some experience with the company's operations in Zambia so I was on their database. However, the position I was being interviewed for was way above my capabilities and experience level, so I was later offered to participate in their graduate development program application process. This included many strenuous tests and assessments including an hour long video submission. I am now waiting for the final stage of the process which is an interview and will post another review once i've been through that.
