My process started with working through a retained recruiter and then I began interviewing with the executive team. It consisted of several phone calls with Robert the CEO and two in person interviews during the course of a month. I also met with future direct reports and some cross functional leaders that I would be working with in the role. The process provided me with a strong understanding of the opportunity and the culture in which the team operated.

Question 1
Most of the interview questions revolved around scaling distribution organizations and the tactics and strategies related to this challenge. Toward the end of the process they provided me with some situational questions at which point I had time to prepare responses.
