Recruiter was not communicative or helpful during the process. And I was an internal employee, I can only image how bad it is for an external candidate. Process went fast and them was at a standstill.

Straightforward, well-paced, transparent. They made me feel at my ease throughout the entire process, each one-on-one interview was professionally conducted without a rigid predefined script, and always allowing me to ask questions.
