First email from HR. Then phone call interview from HR and the hiring manager. During the phone call the hiring manager asked only two questions. It was disappointing. The manager had nothing to say. Few weeks later I received a call from HR to travel to Edmonton. The interview was so strange. Three managers asking you 'why did you apply for this position?' . Every time I answer to a question, they look to each other, they make you feel, you said something wrong. After I had another interview with another manager. This manager was the worst; his objective was to eliminate me this is what I felt. He was rude. This site has a leadership issue. Four managers from different departments for a small position!
