Mostly based on prior experience and what I had achieved. I had to go over everything I had been doing whilst I was freelancing. Photographers I had worked with and shoots I had produced. The interview lasted about an hour, it was quite informal because I had worked for the company in the past and had been recommended by the person currently doing the job. Having said that, it was still a tough interview.
