I joined the company through the summer internship program. The interviews are much the same ones I would havei if I was interviewing for a ABM position. I spoke to at least 5 people from managers to VPs. GP is a very analytical company that appreciates thoughtful answers.

3 rounds - the first is a 30 min call with recruiter, followed by a 30 min call with hiring manager. The final round is six 45 min zoom interviews with leadership and cross-functional team. very focused on STAR method based questions

Very straight-forward interview process - two rounds of phone interviews with the recruiting manager and hiring managers respectively; then two rounds of onsite interviews with a total of 6 interviewers. The whole process took about a month.
