Screening. Hiring Manager, Take Home Case.
Thought the take-home case was quite excessive, and the fact that they make you go in person to present the case, answer questions about the case, and then additional questions about the role. They took a long time to get back in between rounds, especially the final decision, as I mentioned multiple times that I had deadlines I had to meet, and they acknowledged them but still didn't let me know until after the deadline

What do you think is going to be the hardest part of the job?
Easygoing yet, Straightforward, interviewers will likely be your manager and other team members. Final round was a mock presentation based on a scenario they provide. Very simple, no need be nervous. They're very aware that internship program must also be a good fit for the candidate.
