Initially contacted by a recruiter, then had an in person interview about 1 week later. The in person interview was with the DOR and also included a tour of the facility.
Very brief and informal. It took the HR team months to get me started. I had to continue to reach out to them for me to move forward with the process after every single step. Very unorganized.
