The process for me was not normal. The steps were: 1. Submit resume to the position; 2. Recruiter contacted me do you want to apply; 3. Interviewed by the hiring manager; 4. Recruiter sent me a consent form to conduct the background check; 5. Full Interview; 6. Receive offer in 3 days; and 7. Package sent via Fedex.

I submitted my resume online, and this resume was customized to the position description. The first interview was from the recruiter, and he asked me if I am interested, and said yes. The next call was from the manager, and it went well, where he requested me for a background check, and I agreed. After the background check, I attended a full day of interviews, and received the offer three days later with no drug test required. To me, it was unusual to have my background checked before the full day interview,
