Very odd they seemed really interested in my background, asked me to travel there (I’m out of state) to interview with them. My peril is title didn’t exactly match the role advertised, but they said they’re okay with that. Once I got there, the interviewer showed up 15 min late and asked me 2-3 questions and said he didn’t want to progress with my candidacy without the right experience. WAIT, you KNOW my resume, if you want someone with the exact experience don’t wait till they’ve travelled all that distance to tell them in person. A simple email would’ve been fine. Pretty disappointed in the way they handled it, probably the biggest waste of time I can remember in my life.
