Applied via Gartner's direct website. Got an email within a few days to schedule call. Had the initial call not long after that. Call was scheduled for 30 minutes but ran about 20. Questions based on the position requirements and trying to figure out if my skills matched what the position needed. Nothing crazy.

Entretien
Was referred by internal Gartner employee. Set up my first phone screen that Friday, and was requested to meet in person the following Wednesday. Accepted Gartner's offer the following Wednesday.
The process took just under two weeks to complete. It was a fairly quick process, but everyone was very friendly and amiable.
