Interview was relaxed, easy going. Probably depends on which manager is doing the hiring for your position. Most D.O.N.s are nice and caring. I wad hired practically on the spot, with previous employee reference. There is a short orientation but you learn a lot.

Entretien
The interview went very fast. I was able to interview with the DON and the administration. Both women were very understanding about it being my first CNA job and how nervous I was.
