Round table interview with Gap employees and potential employees in conference room with Q&A, duration 1 hour, Gap passes out a sheet with questions and you answer questions as assigned.

It was a very easy process. Mine was a group interview with a few questions about experience and situational hypothetical scenarios. Only 1 interview and was hired the same day.

Easy interview seem to care about emotional intelligence and people skills, behavioral questions for most of the interview. They were friendly and easy to work with, and got offer very quickly after

It went well, lots of questions but followed up to be very informative on thier end. They were well prepared and didn't feel bothered to take time and answer all my concerns.
