I applied Online for the Rocklin Call Center in April, I did not hear back from them until the middle of June. Then I did an over the phone interview, afterwards they asked me to come to an in person group interview. There were 4 of us total at the group interview. We were given some info about working there and then had to answer 5 questions each in depth about experience.

It was a very easy process. Mine was a group interview with a few questions about experience and situational hypothetical scenarios. Only 1 interview and was hired the same day.

Easy interview seem to care about emotional intelligence and people skills, behavioral questions for most of the interview. They were friendly and easy to work with, and got offer very quickly after

It went well, lots of questions but followed up to be very informative on thier end. They were well prepared and didn't feel bothered to take time and answer all my concerns.
