I had two interviews with middle and upper management including an assessment test to review previous employment and transferable skills. The second interview was more to see if you are a team player and whether you suit the company environment. Both interviews were easy going, more of a conversation rather than the conventional interview style.

I applied through a recruitment agency, which pre-screened me before putting me forward. I then had one interview with a panel of two senior project coordinators for an administrative and coordination-focused role.
