Fairly straight forward. 3 interviews with 2 being with global leads. It started with a local LM interview. Then with regional lead and then the Vice President of HR based out of the global head office. Plus two cross functional leads since it was a senior role.

Honestly the worst interview I have ever been part of. The recruiter was really rude, arrogate and very passive aggressive in their manner, this is no way to get the best out of people at interview, I couldn’t actually believe how I was treated. This interview alone has put me off GSK for life as it’s reflection of extremely poor behaviours being accepted there and extremely poor culture.

Applied online, then was sent an email asking for a brief chat to screen for suitability. Thereafter invited to interview which was comprised of both a case study, and competency questions that related to GSK's values
