It was laid back over the phone. I had 2 interviews. One phone and one on video/zoom. Talked to two different current employees that worked at two separate branches within the United States.

First interview: One-on-one phone interview (around 15-20 minutes) Second interview: Panel video call interview (around 45 minutes) Overall, very pleasant experience. All interviewers were easy to talk to and casual!
