In the process of interviewing right now. Applied online went in for a skills test and had a phone interview. So far its only been a week. Well see how it goes. The interview process seems kind of awkard, but the questions have been basic "why GEICO?" "What appealed you about the position".....
I applied online and was asked to take an initial role-play / skills test. I then received an email from a recruiter asking to schedule a preliminary interview. The recruiter told me I was on to the next round and had a more formal interview with an HR rep.

They were really interested in my attendance at prior jobs, and how comfortable I was working in a metric based environment.

Entretien
First interview is easy just goes over job schedule etc. and if those will be okay with you and your schedule, they also go over pay, as well as previous employer questions.

If transitioning back to the site will be an issue.
Interview process was good job was not. There were 3 interviews one over the phone and two in person. The recruiter was very nice she helped me through the interview and then the on boarding process.
