The First round was with HR rep to go over personal details. Then second round was with two department managers, covered some technical questions and professional experiences. Overall good experiences and professional. Hiring process also quick.

Two interviews, the first one is a conversation between you and the HR and the second one conversation between you and the hiring manager. Both of them were through video conferencing.

First they will introduce themselves to you and ask about you and then they will ask questions related to work or if you're fresher they will ask from your resume.

Several weeks radio silence between interviews. No clear hiring process with no defined steps, number of interviews, no communication after an interview and finally zero feedback. It looked like the interviews never existed and there was no open position they were hiring for.

Interview was with 03 persons , average experience they do not value your answers instead they laugh on your face , discrimination over nationality . I don't feel the integrity and organizational culture especially in Dubai , jebel ali office .

Erste Runde mit dem einstellenden Manager. Diskussion über künftige Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten in sehr ungezwungener Atmospähre. Im 2. Interview mit HR wurden dann übliche Fragen wie "Wo sehen Sie sich in 5 Jahren", "Worauf kommt es Ihnen bei einem Team an" und "Stärken und Schwächen" gefragt. Ich habe aber schon gehört, dass die Vorgehensweise und Inhalte stark vom Interviewer abhängen

- Durchgehen des Lebenslaufs - Typische Bewerbungsfragen - Den Job näher erläutert. Es war sehr angenehm, sodass man frei sprechen konnte. Das Gespräch ging ca. 45min, was so auch vorher abgesprochen war. Leider eine Absage erhalten.

To get this job one must go through 2 rounds of an interview, followed by background check.Also ,it depends on the manager to conduct drug and alcohol test. Before getting final letter an HR will explain the benefits and will give 3 days to accept the offer.
