They do an interview with you . It is a one on one interview , so there is no one there besides you and the hiring rep . It is a situational based interview so not your typical questions . If they are impressed with you ,youu are sent an offer and the process continues from there .

Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.

Hirevue - two rounds with video responses and short answer questions. Should hear back after the second one pretty straightforward with mostly behavioral questions and interest in the company and their products

Meet at career fair, then one round of one interview over zoom. The interview was held with 2 different senior engineers. During the process there is contact with a recruiter.
