Entretien
First interview with two more business/recruitment oriented persons. Discussion focused on getting to know each other, see if it's a good fit for both sides, and some questions/discussion related to software development process, team management, and problem solving. Second interview was technical with two senior developers. Questions/discussion on experience with and knowledge of various languages and technologies, high-level architecture, and so on. The overall experience was very professional. I was made to feel very comfortable through out the whole process and enjoyed the open discussions that we had.

Entretien
An interview with a business director and recruitment person. Very open discussion. Was made to feel very comfortable although there was serious tone. Second interview was very technical with two of the lead developers. Third interview was over lunch just to verify my fit into the group I was joining. They were professional and experienced which I appreciated.
