It was a psychometric test followed by group discussion and hr and technical round. The process was very smooth. In the process there was a three panel member. They were trying to get the candidate hire rather than rejecting.
Interview was average and very helpful. Discussed a lot of things. Accepted the offer and joined the company. Work culture is also OK. Outings and employee engaging are less. Good to work

It was more of a conversation than an interview . Basic questions were asked. Current job role, career goals, etc. I got selected and joined the company. Good work culture.
