I was contacted by a recruiter and had an Initial phone screening. Then I had two technical interviews a couple of weeks apart (about 30 mins each). The first interview was ok and then the second one went pretty well. Not too difficult questions. Questions were generic enough to test developers aptitude than expertise on specific tools. The interview was very reasonable.
