Intiatial application / assessment and VI are simple and easy. I had an on demand interview, but I heard they are doing live 1-1 interviews now. Relax, be your best *professional* self as a future flight attendant.
Frontier is very transparent throughout the entire interview process and even sends helpful emails before the F2F!
The F2F itself is LONG and challenging. Frontier flies you out, the gate agents, FAs know who you are, and you should dress and behave appropriately. If you get to the final stage, you will have had to maintain your professionalism for 8-9 hours. It's a fun and adventurous process, but just make sure you rest, eat / hydrate before, and bring some snacks if you want to eat them during the breaks. I personally enjoyed it! Good luck, learn the STAR interview question format, you got this!!! ♡♡♡♡

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
