Well frist it's in the middle of no where in a near by hotel. It was 200 people there in a big room most of them were dressed well. They check your passport then give you a card with an animal on it and this your interview group. After that they tell us about frontier and answer questions. While they are doing that they start to call people down in groups. They also Tell you that threw two different levels to the interview. The first one is a speed date style. You sit in a separate room with 15 recruiters and you have 15 min. To sell your self. I passed the that round and moved to the nex. I think only half of us made it. After you go up stairs and are assign a partner who you will interview with. You go into a hotel room with your partner and interview with two recruiters. I'm unsure if your competing against the other person or not. After that you go to lunch and find out if you make it or not. I didn't get it and I'm unsure why my answers were perfect. Also it's from 7am to whenever your done. My flight back home was at 9 pm. I was so sleepy so make sure to ask the hotel for late check out or a pillow and blanket because you will be sleepy after interviewing all day
