Entretien
There were two interviews. The main interview followed the typical STAR standard. The questions followed most interview standards that I have encountered. There were questions about teamwork, safety, conflict resolution, management style, etc. The interview lasted about an hour, and followed a fairly predictable schedule. There was plenty of time to ask questions of the human resources representative, as well as the hiring manager.

Applied online. Contacted me for a phone screen after 2 months. From there it is fairly quickly. Another panel interview on the phone and and onsite interview with three managers and another onsite with a HR representative.

Entretien
The process had two interviews,. First being a one on one phone, then the second was a conference call. There was also a drug test that needed to be past.

It is long process. You have to go through phone screening then wait couple weeks then they will call for onsite interview. And there will be hr and hiring manger. Lots of behaviour questions
