I had applied in the month of September. I got a call for the interview in February. It was a phone interview. Only 1 interviewer asked the questions. The interviewer was nice. He mostly asked behavioral questions, questions regarding safety at work site, and why I wanted to work at a mining company. It was overall, a good experience.

Questions based on my interest in the company, electrical engineering specialization Laid back and relaxed Interview the whole interview alternated between technical and HR questions. All most all interview questions were on projects done in grad school, knowledge of power systems software, ability to handle technical problems.
