Entretien
1) 30 minute phone screen; 2) First round interview with President of the company and VP of Operations; 3) Second round interview with 8 different people. On balance, this was an extremely intellectually challenging process - there were people who did the initial screening to determine if I had the prerequisite abilities in addition to the personality traits to fit in and thrive.

Here are a list of 5 qualities - which ones are the strongest and why? Which ones are the strongest and why? The interviewer will go through every job you listed even if it was many years ago (so be prepared to talk about that) and a lot of the focus is on the "why" - such as why did you leave the job?
