The interview process at FF was very positive, and consisted of a phone screen and two onsite interviews. The team did a good job balancing professional and personal fit. The recruiting team was extremely responsive in answering any of my questions and working around my schedule.

I thought it was a great interview process and they went very in-depth in the areas that it mattered. I learned a lot about the position and the expectations that they had for the person they were looking to hire.

Initial phone call with a recruiter, then an at-home aptitude test and personality test, then a 30 minute zoom call with two department managers, and then two back-to-back zoom calls with one HR rep and one manager, and then one manager and one department director

The interview required 3 phases: A phone screening and 2 in person interviews. All in all, it was a great experience with good conversations. I felt as though they were trying to actually get to know the kind of worker I am/can be rather than judge based entirely off of past experience.
