The process included interviews with HR, followed by discussions with various business and technology leaders. These interactions provided a clear understanding of the role’s expectations and alignment with the company’s culture.
After accepting the offer, a background verification process was conducted by a 3rd party company. Although the process took some time, it was managed dynamically with a cooperative approach, that helped expedite certain stages when necessary.
Overall, the experience was positive, reflecting a well-structured and transparent selection process, with efficient support from HR throughout.
