I contacted the person I know working in ford and through them I approached the senior officials of the company. They spoke to me for a long time to know much about me. Finally after 2-3 meetings and after they gained confidence on me, a man from the engine dept. who is well experienced was asked to give his opinion upon me. After several meetings with him and practically proving my knowledge on the floor, he was convinced and that's how I got the job.

I am not too good at MS Excel tools. I wasted tested a lot in it. And technically, i was tested in advanced engine working concepts and ford's upcoming new products and particularly about the process of testing engines.

Really good process, the interviewer was nice, asked questions about my background and a few technical related to my past experience and basic mechanical engineering topics, they haven't followed up but they told me they would.
It was okay I just felt like the job was a little bit too demanding and I did not like that aspect of it. But other than that it was a nice interviewer
Recruiters were so friendly and helpful. Firstly, I solved character analysis and English test. And then, I did online interview. We talked about my background job experiences, and the my ability of solving problem. They joined my interview from 3different teams and took more or less 45minutes.
