The process was well-organized and respectful from start to finish. I had an initial screening where I was asked about my background and expectations. That was followed by a technical and/or case-based round depending on the role, and finally a conversation with a panel or team lead. What stood out most was how clear and responsive the communication was throughout. I felt like my time was respected, and the questions were thoughtful,not just textbook or generic ones.
