This isn't so much about the interview process itself, which I did have with Flowtec, but rather about the interest that Flowtec puts in when looking for new hires. In the past, I was contacted twice on LinkedIn by two employees and they immediately ask for your phone number on an online platform, and don't exactly tell you what you could be a "good fit" for, but would like to put you in touch with one of their offices. For me, it seems somewhat desperate to fill a position through such an approach.
