Feels like multi level marketing and they don't offer any form of salary until you hit a certain commission. The VP made it seem like a ponzi scheme. The interviews were easy and they never really asked about my strengths or tried to learn me.

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
