I was excited about the opportunity to interview with Flock, but Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the company encourages candidates to ask questions, the recruiters were unresponsive when I followed up, providing little to no transparency about the process.
In one of the interviews, the hiring manager was late and had multiple interruptions, making it difficult to have a productive conversation. During my second interview, the tone felt unwelcoming, and the interviewer was not particularly friendly or engaging. Overall, the process did not reflect a company that values candidate experience, and I left feeling discouraged about the opportunity.
I hope they improve their hiring process to be more respectful of candidates' time and efforts.
